What We Offer
Permanent Placement
We carefully vet candidates based on your requirements and present shortlisted professionals for interview.
Our fee is charged only upon successful placement.
Temp-to-Perm
We offer a 12-week temp-to-perm contract, allowing you to evaluate the candidate before committing to a permanent role. Previous placements with us count towards this period.
Long-Term Assignments
We provide staff for assignments of 4 weeks or more, such as covering for sickness, maternity leave, or other extended absences.
Safeguarding & Compliance
We are committed to safer recruitment across education and residential childcare. Every candidate is carefully vetted through a thorough compliance process, helping schools, children’s homes, and care providers recruit with confidence.

Face-To-Face Interviews
We carry out personal interviews with every candidate to assess their experience, suitability, and overall fit for the role. This helps us ensure each individual reflects both the standards of the sector and the values of the organisation.

Qualification Confirmation
All relevant qualifications are checked and verified to ensure candidates meet the standards required for their role. This gives employers confidence that the professionals we introduce have the appropriate training and knowledge in place.

Identity & Right to Work Checks
We confirm each candidate’s identity and legal right to work in the UK as part of our compliance process. These checks help protect employers and ensure all placements meet current recruitment and safeguarding requirements.

Prohibition & Barred List Checks
We complete prohibition and barred list checks where required to confirm a candidate’s eligibility to work with children and young people. This is a vital part of maintaining safe, compliant, and well-managed recruitment practices.

Professional References & Enhanced DBS Checks
We obtain professional references and complete enhanced DBS checks to support safer recruitment decisions. Where appropriate, we also review health and fitness declarations to ensure candidates are prepared for the responsibilities of the role.
